Terms and conditions

I. General conditions

1. The following conditions are valid for all orders.
2. Any changes or additions to these conditions require my consent in writing.

II. Number of copies

1. Most photographs are published in a limited edition of 99 copies.

III. Copyright

1. The photographer confirms that all photographs presented on this website are her intellectual property and free from any rights of third parties.
2. Whenever a print is sold, all rights of usage and publication of this print remain with the photographer. In case of illegal use, the photographer is entitled to adequate compensation.

IV. Warranty

1. Computer monitors don't have a reliable presentation of colors, therefore there is no warranty that the print received will have the exact colors as represented on the buyer's or any other screen.

V. Payment

1. Prints are sold only on advance payment.
2. Prints remain the property of the photographer until all fees are paid.
3. Place of execution und place of jurisdiction for both parties is Cologne.
4. Even with international deliveries German law is valid.

VI. Shipping

1. Costs depend on weight and country of delivery, I'll be able to give you the exact sum on request.
2. Delivery
   As all prints are made to order, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping.
